Sore Muscles NO MORE

When it comes to working out, soreness is the price you pay for building muscle. However, just because it’s normal, doesn’t mean it’s comfortable. The best way to manage that is soft tissue work to push out the soreness. And while massage guns are popular and great, sometimes they can be a little intense. So I never go to the gym without my roller. Here’s the catch, there’s only ONE that I would ever recommend.


The original massage stick seriously doesn’t compare. The knobs on the stick move independently which prevents it from catching skin or clothing. The stick is MEANT TO BEND which means you can literally wrap it around the muscle you’re working so you get all angles. And the handles give you a comfortable grip so it makes it easy on your hands regardless of how much pressure you put into the muscle.


And let’s talk about durability! They last FOREVER! I’ve seen other similar brands literally fall apart after heavy use, but my roller has lasted through four jobs, three moves, and hundreds of client sessions. Many of which have resulted in clients purchasing their own to continue using at home.


Do your body a favor and order one for yourself. I recommend the red for self use, the yellow is great for working on clients and the green is perfect size to throw in your gym bag. Or be like me and grab yourself one of each!
